We want your Meive order to arrive quickly and beautifully. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and how returns work.
Shipping rates & times
All orders are packed with care from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

All EU orders are shipped duty-free. No surprise customs charges for our European customers.
Order processing
Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
During promotional periods or sale events, processing times may extend to 1–2 extra business days. We'll always communicate any delays.
Returns & exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.
What can be returned?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery.
Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons), items purchased on sale or at a discount, and gift cards.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@meive.nl with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1 business day.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@meive.nl with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
